Trisha Kall, Certified Nurse Practitioner
Trisha Kall is a certified nurse practitioner having been in practice for 19 years. As a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, Trisha specializes in incorporating medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzapetide into your weight loss regimen along with providing exercise and dietary recommendations. We will work together to provide comprehensive support and guidance that is tailored to your unique needs.
My Own Struggle with Obesity
Having struggled with my own weight my entire life I understand how challenging it can be to lose weight. I started Semaglutide in February of 2023 and have lost and kept off 55 pounds. I am now at a healthy weight and feel so much better both physically and mentally. I would love to share my personal experience with you.
Our Approach
At Sugar Tree Healthcare, we take an individual approach to weight loss. All consultations are performed via telemedicine. At your initial consultation we will review your weight loss goals, review or order labs and develop a treatment plan to meet these goals. We also provide education on nutrition and exercise to help you make informed choices for long-term success. Exercise and proper nutrition are key components to weight loss success.
Our Services
Your care plan starts with an initial telemedicine consultation performed by Trisha Kall, CNP where we will discuss treatment options. The initial consultation fee is $75. Medical weight loss options may include weekly injections of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. To qualify a patient must have a BMI of 30 or 27 with a medical morbidity. Feel free to message us to see if you qualify. Insurance is not accepted. You may use your HSA account.
Semaglutide
- Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist.
- GLP-1 is a hormone the body produces that tells our brain we are full.
- Semaglutide supresses the appetite and signals the body that we are full earlier which results in us eating much less.
- Semaglutide is a weekly injection.
Semaglutide Pricing
Semaglutide $380 plus tax (based on dosing titrations a vial may last 2 months). Prices may vary some thereafter depending on dosing requirements.
Tirzepatide
- Tirzepatide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist AND a GIP receptor agonist.
- GLP-1 and GIP tell our bodies that we are full faster and also decreases the amount of glucose we make.
- Tirzepatide supresses the appetite and signals the body that we are full earlier and triggers our body to have better sugar/glucose control while also keeping us feeling full longer.
- Tirzepatide is a weekly injection.

Tirzepatide $475 plus tax (based on dosing titrations a vial may last 2 months). Prices may vary some thereafter depending on dosing requirements.
